Please Note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance rule of 1 strike. The maximum capacity for this home at all times is 16 guests. No pets of any kind. This home is front beach and must follow very strict lighting regulations from May through September. Please read through our description thoroughly of all rules and expectations prior to reserving.
“Seafield” is a gorgeous front beach property, located on the pristine shores of Folly Beach! This home is the perfect space for generations of family members to gather and spend quality time together this summer, while having ample space to spread out, inside and out!
The first floor of this home has an open living room,kitchen and dining area, overlooking the ocean and opening onto the screened porch. The dining room table comfortably seats 8 with additional bartop seating for four. On the first level you will find one bedroom, furnished with a king bed and across the hall there is another bedroom with a queen. The first level also has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is accessible from the hall and king bedroom. Upstairs on the second floor you will discover five additional bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the full capacity washer & dryer.
There is a spacious screened porch on the oceanside of the home that is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a picnic table for dining or games. Just off the screened porch is a sundeck, furnished with 3 lounge chairs and additional seating. As you descend off the sundeck, you are greeted with a covered carport, again with 2 picnic tables, a gas grill and additional seating options. This home is FRONT BEACH with it’s own private access, which also has a lovely little seating area for gathering, or watching little ones as they play on the shore. Off street parking is a hot commodity on the island and this home has a long driveway and parking area that can accommodate multiple cars, Guests may need to rearrange cars as needed to get in and out.
Folly Beach noise ordinance is between the hours of 10PM to 8AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times. If the noise level at the home exceeds the legal limit for Folly Beach you may receive a $500 ticket from the city and will also be at risk of losing your refundable damage deposit, as well as being asked to leave the property without a refund. If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require all occupants to vacate immediately. From May-September there can be no outside lights between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. All interior blinds and curtains must be closed completely between 10PM and 7AM to limit any lighting from inside the house. Failure to follow these rules could result in a ticket from the city and lose of your refundable damage deposit. We are committed to your comfort and those of our community.
