Location is key and this rental is perfectly located to easily walk to all things Folly! Once you park your car there will be no need to get back in it, unless you are leaving the Island. This rental is located on the first floor of a two story home. The space includes two private bedrooms with 1 queen, 1 full and a twin daybed in the common area. The daybed is tucked back in it’s own little nook with curtains that offer a bit of added privacy. . Great for small families on a budget or couple’s retreat! Pictures do not do this rental justice as it is much larger then it appears. Open, airy living area that comfortably seats 5 along with dining inside. Fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to stay in and prepare a meal. Comcast cable and Wifi, Smart flat screen TV in living room, additional TV in Master bedroom. Covered Shaded porch outside with dining table and seating. Fenced in yard. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water. 1/2 block from Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Grocery and 2 blocks back from the beach. B 2 Beach Chairs provided. This rental is not a single family home but a downstairs, ground level apartment.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS THE DOWNSTAIRS GROUND LEVEL UNIT OF A TWO STORY HOME. While it is not a basement…it is on the first floor and you will hear some foot traffic above. The above space is lived in full time by a family of 4. The upstairs unit uses the back entrance and Tucked Away uses the front. Please also note that all parking out front is owned by the city of Folly Beach. We can not guarantee parking directly in front of the unit although there usually is ample space. The City of Folly Beach owns all easements. You are allowed to park anywhere on Folly as long as you are parallel to the flow of traffic, all four tires off the road, not blocking a driveway or fire hydrant.

IF WANTING TO BRING YOUR PET, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR ABOUT SIZE AND BREED BEFORE BOOKING. PLEASE ALSO KNOW YOUR PET AND THEIR ANXIETY LEVEL WHEN LEFT ALONE. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET IF IT BARKS OR WHINES INCESSANTLY WHEN LEFT UNATTENDED INSIDE OR OUT. WE ARE DOG OWNERS AND AS DOG OWNERS YOU KNOW YOUR DOGS PERSONALITY AND BEHAVIOR. DOGS BARKING TO ALERT IS ONE THING…SEPARATION ANXIETY IS ANOTHER. WE DO HAVE NEIGHBORS AND THIS IS AN APARTMENT WITHIN A HOME. EVEN IF PET IS CRATED…WE CAN NOT HAVE IT CONTINUOUSLY BARKING. IT’S NOT GOOD FOR YOUR PET AND IT’S NOT GOOD FOR OTHER GUESTS. WE APPRECIATE YOUR HELP IN KEEPING THIS A PET FRIENDLY. RENTAL. IF YOU DO HAVE MULTIPLE PETS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING, WE MANAGE A WONDERFUL SINGLE FAMILY HOME WITH A HUGE FENCED IN BACK YARD THAT IS VERY PRIVATE AND WOULD OFFER A RELAXING RETREAT FOR DOGS AND OWNERS.
